Moelogo
Mohammed Animashaun, AKA Moelogo, was born in Lagos, Nigeria. He is a British-Nigerian singer-songwriter. He is known for combining his native tongue, Yoruba, and English together in his music called Afrobeats. “Pangolo,” the single that put him on top, has over 200 thousand views. He has worked with many UK, African and Caribbean artists including Gunna Dee, Shezzar, Macca and Christopher Ellis, Joe Grind, Marvel Boys, 2Face Idibia, Sarkodie, Mary J Blige, and many more. He has performed worldwide at various events and festivals including one in Gambia with Busy Signal in 2010, the Nigerian House Concert with M.I Abaga, the 2012 Olympic Games, the African Unplugged Festival, Destinatination Africa and the Beauty Show. He is now working with producer Bayoz Musik to create a musical concept fusing Afrobeats and R&B.
