Radhika Apte
Radhika Apte is an Indian theater and film actress born in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India on September 7, 1985. Apte started her acting career acting in theater productions. She has had roles in the productions Nako Re Baba, Brain Surgeon, Tu, That Time, Purnviram, Kanyadaan, Matra Ratra, Bombay Black, Garbo, Kashmir Kashmir and others. In 2005 she made her film debut in the movie Vaah! Life Ho Toh Aisi! and continued landing roles in the films Antaheen, Samaantar, I Am, Shor in the City, Dhoni, The Waiting Room, Tukaram, Dhoni, Legend, Postcard, Badlapur, Lion, Hunterrr, Haram, Parched, Phobia, Pad Man, Baazaar, The Ashram, The Wedding Guest and more. Apte has worked in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, and English-language films. In 2015 she made her debut on television in the show Stories by Rabindranath Tagore and has also had roles in the shows Scared Games and Ghoul. She has also acted in a number of short films, including Darmiyan, Vakratunda Swaha, That Day After Everyday, Ahlya, The Calling, and Kriti. Throughout her career she has been nominated for several awards and has won a Tribeca Film Festival Award and an Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles Award.
