Stacey Solomon
Stacey Solomon, born Stacey Chanelle Charlene Solomon in London, England is a British singer and TV personality that rose to fame during her run on the sixth season of The X Factor in 2009. She auditioned for the competition with the song “What a Wonderful World.” She advanced to the live shows and performed Coldplay’s “The Scientist” as her first song. During her sixth week on the show she released a cover song of Michael Jackson’s “You Are Not Alone” which topped the UK and Irish Singles Charts. During the final week of the contest she performed a duet with Michael Buble with the song “Feeling Good” and finished in third place.
In 2011 Stacey released a cover of Chris Rea’s song “Driving Home for Christmas.” The single reached number 27 on the UK Singles Charts. She then went on to headline the Young Voices tour in London where she premiered songs from her album Shy. The album was released in 2015. Stacey went on to star in the tenth season of I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!
