A.J. Green
A.J. Green is an American football player born in Summerville, South Carolina on July 31, 1988. He currently plays as a wide receiver for the Cincinnati Bengals. He attended Summerville High School and played football, basketball, and track. He went on to play college football at the University of Georgia with the Georgia Bulldogs from 2008 to 2010 and played for the coach Mark Richt. During his three seasons with the team he had 166 receptions for 2,619 yards and 23 touchdowns. On January 9, 2011 he officially declared for the 2011 NFL Draft. He was chosen by the Cincinnati Bengals in the first round of the 2011 NFL Draft, 4th overall, and signed a four-year contract for $19.6 million. His first NFL reception was a 41-yard touchdown against the Cleveland Browns. Throughout his NFL career he has played in 7 Pro Bowls and has had a total of 607 receptions, 8,907 receiving yards, and 63 receiving touchdowns. From 2011 to 2013 he caught more passes than any other player in NFL history in their first three seasons with 260.
