Aaron Lewis
Aaron Lewis was born on April 13, 1972 in Rutland City, Vermont. He is known for being the founding member and lead vocalist of the band Staind, with whom he released 7 albums. Staind was nominated for several different Boston Music Awards, but were most successful in 2002 when they won the Boston Music Award ‘Act of the Year’.
Lewis left Staind in 2010, to pursue a solo-career in country music. He released his first EP ‘Town Line’ in 2011, which led to him being nominated for two CMT Music Awards for ‘USA Weekend Breakthrough Video of the Year’, and ‘Collaborative Video of the Year’.
Lewis has gone on to produce more solo music; his first full-length solo album The Road was released in 2012, and he has since recorded another album, Sinner (2016), which was recorded whilst he was on tour showcasing his first album.
