Aarti Mann
Aarti Mann is an Indian-American actress born in Connecticut on March 3, 1978. She became well known as Priya Koothrappali on the popular CBS television show The Big Bang Theory. Mann attended New York University and earned a degree in film writing and directing. She moved to Los Angeles and started taking acting classes while there. In 2006 she made her debut in film in the movie The Memsahib, a film that her sister was making. She has also had roles in the films Today’s Special, Pox, The Monogamy Experiment, Danny Collins, I’ll See You in My Dreams, Love Sonia, and Sharon 1.2.3. Mann has been in several short films like Monsoon, The Punching Dummy, Ner Tamid, and Worker Drone. In 2008 she landed her debut role on television in the show Quarterlife and continued landing roles in shows like Heroes, The Young and the Restless, The Big Bang Theory, Leverage, Suits, Wendell & Vinnie, Scandal, NCIS: New Orleans, and Grey’s Anatomy.
