Alela Diane
Born in April 20, 1983, Alela Diane Menig or simply Alela Diane is from Portland, Oregon. She was well-received with her self-released recording “Forest Parade” in 2003. Then she started to work for the next album entitled “The Pirate’s Gospel” in 2004. With this, Holocene Music took her under their label and reissued “The Pirate’s Gospel” in 2006 having a revised track list and new artwork.
The album was well-received which led to a five-song EP entitled “Songs Whistled Through White Teeth.” Then, Diane made singing tours in the UK, US, and Europe. She worked with the Headless Heroes for a debut album entitled “The Silence of Love.” Her latest album was released in 2013 entitled “About Farewell.”
