Alex Banayan

Alex Banayan is an American venture capitalist and author, born in Los Angeles, California on August 10, 1992. While attending college at USC he was hired by the Silicon Valley venture capital company Alsop Louie. He has been featured in major media including Bloomberg TV, Fox News, Fortune, Businessweek, and CBS News. Fortune Magazine has reported that he is the world’s youngest venture capitalist and is the youngest business author ever signed by the Crown Publishing Group. His book deal with the publisher Crown Publishing Group was announced in 2012. In 2018 he released the book The Third Door: The Wild Quest to Uncover How the World’s Most Successful People Launched Their Careers where he interviews highly successful people like Bill Gates, Larry King, Steve Wozniak, Jane Goodall and many more. He is also a contributor to The Washington Post, FastCompany, and TechCrunch.
