Anthony Joshua

Anthony Joshua was born in Watford, Hertfordshire, the UK on October 15, 1989.

He made his debut as a professional boxer in 2013. He bagged his first title, the vacant World Boxing Council International Heavyweight Title, in a fight against Denis Bakhtov in 2014. He retained his title and won another belt, the vacant Commonwealth (British Empire) Heavyweight Title in 2015. He also won the vacant BBBofC British Heavyweight Title in a fight against Dillian Whyte December 2015. In 2016, he won the International Boxing Federation World Heavyweight Title by KO against Charles Martin. He won the vacant International Boxing Organization World Heavyweight Title and the World Boxing Association Super World Heavyweight Title in a fight against Wladimir Klitschko in 2017. In 2018, he won the World Boxing Organisation World Heavyweight Title in the fight against Alexander Povetkin.
