Bobcat Goldthwait
Bobcat Goldthwait was born on May 26th, 1962 in Syracuse, New York as Robert Francis Goldthwait. He had a talent for comedy at a young age and started performing while still attending high school at fifteen years old. Fellow comedian Tom Kenny joined him in a comedy duo while they were classmates, calling themselves “Bobcat and Tomcat”. In the 1980’s he began to perform in televised specials like An Evening with Bobcat Goldthwait: Share the Warmth (1987). Goldthwait’s film career also includes popular roles, including his portrayal of Zed in the Police Academy series (1985-1987). He made multiple television and voice acting appearances over the following years, and even began directing with Shakes the Clown (1991) which Goldthwait also starred in and wrote for.
