Boombox Cartel
Boombox Cartel is a duo formed by Americo Garcia who hails from Laredo, Texas and Jorge Medina from Mexico. The duo was born in 2012, and they are based in Los Angeles.
They released the track “B2U” which was one of their best hits when they were still trying to make a name. “Supernatural” and “Moon Love” are also some of their most successful releases.
Their five-track Carter EP dropped in 2017, and it featured Shoffy, Taranchyla, and QUIX. In 2018, they teamed up with Panama, a singer based in Sydney, for the track “People I Know” and with Flosstradamus on “ID.” They issued the NBD single in the same year, and they also dropped a remix for the track. They have performed at EDC, Lollapalooza, Moonrise, Global Dance and other big festivals.
