Case Keenum
Case Keenum is an American professional football player born in Brownwood, Texas on February 17, 1988. Keenum is currently a quarterback for the Washington Redskins of the National Football League. He played football in high school at Wylie High School in Abilene, Texas. He went on to play college football at The University of Houston for the Houston Cougars from 2006 to 2011. In 2007 he won the Conference USA Freshman of the Year and in 2008 he won the Conference USA Offensive Player of the Year Award. In 2009 and 2011 he won the Sammy Baugh Trophy. In 2012 he was signed with the Houston Texans as an undrafted agent. In 2014 he was waived by the Texans and the St. Louis Rams. In 2015 he was signed back to the Houston Texans. In 2015 he was traded to the St. Louis Rams and played with them until 2016 when they had moved to Los Angeles and became the Los Angeles Rams. In 2017 he was signed to a one-year contract with the Minnesota Vikings. He became a free agent in 2018 and signed a two-year contract with the Denver Broncos for $36 million. In 2019 he was traded to the Washington Redskins where he currently plays. Throughout his career he has recorded 1,844 passing attempts, 1,144 passing completions, and 12,661 passing yards.
