Charlie Day
Charlie Day is an American actor, screenwriter, producer, comedian, and musician born in New York City, New York on February 9,1976. He is best known for his role as Charlie Kelly on the television sitcom It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. He is also one of the writers and an executive producer on the show. In 2000 he made his debut in film in the movie Mary and Rhoda and has since had roles in the films A Quiet Little Marriage, Going the Distance, Horrible Bosses, Pacific Rim, Horrible Bosses 2, Vacation, I Love You, Daddy, Hotel Artemis and others. He made his debut on a television show in 2000 in the series Madigan Men and has also had roles in the shows Law & Order, Third Watch, Luis, Reno 911!, Saturday Night Live, Drunk History, The Cool Kids, and more. He has also voiced characters in films, television shows, and video games like Lego Dimensions, American Dad!, The Lego Movie, The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part, Monsters University, Party Central, The Lego Movie 4D – A New Adventure, Disney Infinity, and Unsupervised. In 2011 he was nominated for a Satellite Award and a Critics’ Choice Television Award for his role on It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
