Daniel Radcliffe
Daniel Radcliffe was born on July 23, 1989 in London, England. He is most famous for playing the title character in the Harry Potter series. The movies were based off of J.K. Rowling’s best-selling novels about a young wizard who attends the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and saves the wizarding world from the evil Lord Voldemort. Radcliffe was just 11 years old when he began his role as Harry, and was 22 when the last movie in the series was released in theatres.
Since his role in Harry Potter, Radcliffe has made many guest appearances on television as himself. He has also notably starred on Broadway, including a role in the revival of Equus and the revival of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying received multiple Tony Award nominations; Radcliffe racked up Drama Desk Award, Drama League Award, and Outer Critics Circle Award nominations for his role in the musical.
