Darren Collison
Darren Michael Collison was born on August 23, 1987 in Rancho Cucamonga, California. He plays the point guard position for the Indiana Pacers of the NBA. He attended high school in Etiwanda and played college basketball for the UCLA Bruins.
He was picked in the first round as the 21st overall pick of the 2009 NBA draft by the Houston Hornets. Collison won several awards including the NBA All-Rookie First Team in 2010, Frances Pomeroy Naismith Award in 2009, Third-team All-American – NABC in 2009, Third-team All-American – AP in 2008, First-team All-Pac-10 in 2007 and 2009, and Second-team All-Pac-10 in 2008.
