David Beckham
David Beckham is an English soccer player born in London, England on May 2, 1975. Playing from a young age, Beckham grew up playing in local clubs in his area. He started his professional career in 1992 with the team Manchester United at the age of 17 and went on to play for the English National Team, Preston North End, Real Madrid, Milan, LA Galaxy, and Paris Saint-Germain. Beckham has scored a goal in three different world cups and won 19 major trophies throughout his career. He was also the first English soccer player to win league titles in four separate countries, England, France, Spain, and the United States. Beckham has also won 6 Teen Choice Awards for Choice Male Athlete and a Kids’ Choice Sports Award Legend Award. He was inducted into the English Hall of Fame in 2008. After 20 years playing soccer he retired from the sport in 2013. He has also made cameos in several movies, including Goal II: Living the Dream, The Man from U.N.C.L.E. and King Arthur: Legend of the Sword.
