Deap Vally

Coming from Los Angeles, California, Deap Vally was found in 2011. The band is known for their mix of alternative, blues, garage, and heavy metal rock. Both members are females, comprised of Lindsey Troy and Julie Edwards. They started jamming together after Troy took a crocheting class in San Fernando shop by Edwards. Their first show was at Silverlake Lounge.

They played took opening acts for the likes of Muse, Peaches, the Vaccines, Wolfmother, and Red Hot Chili Peppers. Their four-song EP was released in 2013 entitled “Get Deap.” Their full-length debut “Sistronix” was released later that same year.
