Derek Waters
Derek Waters is a comedian, writer and American actor. As an actor, Waters has appeared in television programs such as the award winning It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, the ground breaking Suburgatory and films such as Hall Pass, This Means war and The Brothers Solomon, he also scored a pilot deal with HBO in 2005.
Despite his extensive work in the industry, he is best known for hosting and co-creating the television show Drunk History for Comedy Central. Based on the web-series Funny or Die, also created by Waters with his collaborator Jeremy Konner. The television show has been renewed for a sixth season. The show has been nominated for ten awards and won two, including an Emmy Award in 2015.
