DMA’S

Coming from Sydney, Australia, DMA’s was formed in 2012 as an alternative, indie, Britpop rock band. Previously members of local rock band Underlights, Johnny Took and Tommy O’Deil joined Matt Mason to write songs and play music. The trio developed their own sound which is comparable with the 90’s Manchurian indie rock.

They were usually likened to Oasis, Happy Mondays, and Primal Scream. They were invited to sign for the label I Oh You after giving samples of their home-recorded demos. Their debut single “Delete” was critically acclaimed, climbing the charts and made their fan base grow. In 2014, a self-titled EP was made, while their full-length “Hills End” came in 2016.
