Elle MacPherson was born March 29th, 1964 in Sydney, Australia as Eleanor Nancy Gow. She is a model and actress best known for appearing on the cover of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition four times.

As an actress, Elle made her debut in the 1990 film Alice, and has since gone on to perform in Sirens, Jane Eyre, Batman & Robin, The Edge, and Friends. She has also produced the television shows Britain & Ireland’s Next Top Model, and Fashion Star.
