Finn Wittrock
Finn Wittrock is an American actor and screenwriter, born in Lenox, Massachusetts on October 28, 1984. Wittrock grew up at the Shakespeare & Company Theater, where his father worked. He would act as a pageboy and messenger in several productions. He attended the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts and was accepted into The Juilliard School after graduating from high school. He graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Juilliard. Wittrock made his debut on television in 2003 in the show Cold Case and continued landing roles in the shows ER, Criminal Minds, Masters of Sex, The Normal Heart, Deadbeat, Harry’s Law, All My Children, Ratched, American Horror Story: Hotel and others. In 2004 he made his debut in film in the movie Halloweentown High and has since had roles in the films Twelve, Noah, Unbroken, La La Land, Landline, My All American, Plus One, Judy, and more. He has also had roles in the stage productions Candida, Romeo and Juliet, The Age of Iron, The Illusion, Death of a Salesman, The Blue Deep, Sweet Bird of Youth, The Guardsman, Othello, and The Glass Menagerie. Throughout his career he has been nominated for several awards and has won a Theatre World Award, a Clarence Derwent Award, a National Board of Review Award, and a Washington D.C. Area Film Critics Association Award.
