Frankie J
Francisco Javier Bautista, Jr. was born on December 7, 1975 in Tijuana, Mexico. He is best known as Frankie J. He is a Mexican American singer, songwriter, and rapper. In late 1999, he released his first album, which was a freestyle album. Soon after, he joined the band Kumbia Kings. In 2003, he released another solo album titled What’s a Man to Do, which was followed many many bilingual (English and Spanish) albums.
In 2013, his album Faith, Hope y Amor was nominated for the Best Latin Pop Album at the Grammy Awards. His album in 2005 titled The One rose to number 3 on the US Billboard charts. Also, his collaborative single “Obsession (No Es Amor)” (featuring Baby Bash) rose to number 3 on the US Billboard charts and number 2 on the US Rhythmic chart.
