Galilea Montijo

Galilea Montijo is a Mexican actress, model, television presenter and comedian born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico on June 5, 1973. She is currently the host of the morning show Hoy en Televisa. Montijo started her career in 1993 after winning La Chica TV. She has been in a number of television shows, including Vida TV, Hospital el paisa, La Hora de la Papa, Hoy, El Gran Show de los Peques, Me Pongo De Pie, Teletón USA, Teletón México, Lo Que Mas Quieres and others. In 1995 she landed her first role in a telenovela in El premio Mayor and has since had roles in the telenovelas, Azul, Tú y yo, Tres mujeres, El precio de tu amor, La Verdad Oculta, and Hasta que el dinero nos separe. Montijo made her debut in film in 2011 in the movie Perras.
