Golden Tate
Golden Tate was born Golden H. Tate III in Hendersonville, Tennessee on August 2, 1988. The Seattle Seahawks picked him in the second round of the 2010 NFL Draft.
Tate signed a five-year contract with the Detroit Lions in 2014. The Philadelphia Eagles acquired him in the third round of the 2019 draft pick.
He was NO. 85 in the 2015 NFL Top 100. He was also a Pro Bowl selectee in 2014.
In college, he played for Notre Dame. Rivals.com tapped him as part of the first team All-Independent in 2008 regular season. He received the Biletnikoff Award in the 2009 season and earned the recognition for being part of the first-team All American. He skipped his senior year to pursue a professional football career.
