Hot Tuna
Hot Tuna is a rock band formed in 1969 in San Francisco, California. It is currently made up of Jack Casady and Jorma Kaukonen. The group was officially a spinoff project from the Jefferson Airplane.
The duo initially released a self-titled album in 1970 which was followed by First Pull Up, Then Pull Down the year after and Burgers in 1972. After two years, the duo released The Phosphorescent Rat. In 1975, the group released two projects America’s Choice and Yellow Fever which was followed by Hoppkorv the year after. Other albums released by Hot Tuna include Double Dose, and Pair a Dice Found. The latest album from the group, Steady as She Goes, was released in 2011, more than a decade after they released And Furthurmore… (1999).
