Jabari Parker
Jabari Ali Parker was born on March 15, 1995 in Chicago, Illinois. Coming from a strong Christian background, he began playing basketball with the youth groups of churches. He joined the Lebron James Skill Academy in 2011 and got selected to participate in the Nike Global Challenge. His talent shined throughout his high school and college years. He later joined the Milwaukee Bucks in 2014 after being selected for the NBA draft. He joined the team for the NBA Summer league that year, which led to him being named the most probable rookie of the year. Despite an injury, he went back to basketball in 2015 to play against Philadelphia and in December 12, 2015 his team won against the Golden State Warriors. Jabari was part of the men’s basketball award of FIBA world championship (2012) and the FIBA Americas championship (2011). He also won the Gatorade national player of the year (2012) and Jordan Brand Classic co. MVP (2013).
