Jane McDonald
Jane McDonald, born Jane Anne McDonald on April the 4th 1963 in Yorkshire is an English broadcaster, media personality, actress and singer. She rose to fame in 1998 after appearing on the show The Cruise and became known for her strong Yorkshire accent and has presented many shows include Loose Woman for ten years and Star Treatment.
With a music career that began touring clubs and bars she released her debut album Jane McDonald, which went to number one in the United Kingdom charts and stayed there for a number of weeks. Since that time, as a singer she has released seven albums thus far, with her latest album, Hold the Covers Back is yet another success. Some of her best known song are And I am Telling You (I’m Not Going), Just For You and Dance Yourself Dizzy.
