Jeff Goldblum
Jeff Goldblum is an American actor and musician born in West Homestead, Pennsylvania on October 22, 1952. He is best known for his roles in the films Jurassic Park, Independence Day, and their sequels. At 17 years old he moved to New York City to become an actor. He made his Broadway debut in the musical Two Gentlemen of Verona. He made his film debut in 1974 in the movie Death Wish and continued landing role in the films Nashville, St. Ives, Special Delivery, Annie Hall, Deep Cover, Jurassic Park, Nine Months, Independence Day, Holy Man, Chain of Fools and more. In 1975 he made his debut on television in the show Columbo and has since had roles in the shows Starsky & Hutch, Tenspeed and Brown Shoe, Faerie Tale Theatre, Captain Planet and the Planeteers, Will & Grace, Raines, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, Glee and others. Goldblum has also voiced characters in the video games Goosebumps: Escape from Horrorland, Independence Day, Chaos Island: The Lost World, Lego Jurassic World, Call of Duty: Black Ops III, and Jurassic World Evolution. In 2018 he was signed to the label Decca Records and released released his debut studio album titled The Capitol Studios Sessions. Throughout his career he has been nominated for a number of awards and has won a Saturn Award, a CinemaCon Award, a COFCA Award and others. In 2018 he received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
