Jeremy Renner
Jeremy Lee Renner was born on January 7, 1971 in Modesto, California. He drifted through various majors in Modesto Junior College including computer science and criminology before discovering his passion for acting. He became a makeup artist and also performed in local theatre before his first feature film National Lampoon’s Senior Trip (1995). He also played role of a ruthless vampire named Penn on supernatural drama angel. He appeared largely on independent films such as Dahmer (2002) and Neo Ned (2005).
Jeremy Lee earned his first Independent Spirit Award nomination for best male lead in the biopic Dahmer. In 2010, he was nominated at the Academy Awards for Best Supporting Actor for his much-praised performance in The Town. He was nominated for the Academy Awards for Best Actor for his performance in The Hurt Locker (2008), Thor (2011), Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015), and Captain America: Civil War (2016). He also appeared in commercially successful films such as Mission: Impossible-Ghost Protocol (2011), The Bourne Legacy (2012), American Hustle (2013), and Arrival (2016).
