John Henson
John Allen Henson was born on December 28, 1990 in Greensboro, North Carolina. He is an American professional basketball player. He played High School basketball at Sickles (Tampa, Florida) and college basketball for the University of North Carolina. He opted to be either a power forward or center for the Milwaukee Bucks of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He was drafted in the first Round of the 2012 NBA Draft and the 14th overall pick by the Milwaukee Bucks. John Henson won the ACC Defensive Player of the Year twice (2011, 2012), First-team All-ACC (2012), Second-team All-ACC (2011), First-team Parade All-American (2009), and the McDonald’s All-American (2009).
