Joseph Fiennes

Joseph Fiennes, born Joseph Alberic Twisleton-Wykeham-Fiennes on the 27th of May 1970 in Salisbury England is an English stage and film actor.  With a career that began on stage, his television debut came in the mid 90’s. His first few feature films were critical hits, with Stealing Beauty alongside Liv Tyler and as Robert Dudley in Elizabeth alongside Cate Blanchett.

To date Fiennes Is best known for his charming portrayal of William Shakespeare in Shakespeare in love, both this film and Elizabeth were contenders in the Academy Awards.  More recently the actor played Danilov in Enemy at the Gates and was in the second season of American Horror Story, he can also currently be seen in hit television show, The Handmaid’s Tale.
