Joseph Gordon-Levitt
Joseph Gordon-Levitt was born on February 17, 1981 in Los Angeles, California. As a child actor, he had roles in A River Runs Through It, 10 Things I Hate About You, Angels in the Outfield and later a television role in 3rd Rock from the Sun, which he starred in with the hilarious John Lithgow.
He starred in Lincoln, (500) Days of Summer, Inception and several other films before taking on a contemporary role as Edward Snowden in Snowden. He has earned two Golden Globe nominations for his work on (500) Days of Summer and 50/50. He also hosts his own TV series, HitRecord on TV, and founded a production company. He made his directing and screenwriting debut in Don Jon (2013), and edited and directed two short films in 2010.
