Josh Boone
Josh Boone was born on April 5, 1979 in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He is an up and coming writer, producer, and director in the entertainment industry. The first film that he wrote and directed himself was called Stuck in Love (2012). It premiered at the Toronto Film Festival, and after gaining recognition there, Boone was sought after to direct The Fault in Our Stars (2014), which became a huge blockbuster hit. The film starred Shailene Woodley and Ansel Elgort and it won several awards, including MTV Awards, People’s Choice Awards, and Teen Choice Awards. As a young director, he already has an impressive list of credentials under his belt. In 2018, he is set to direct the action thriller X-Men: The New Mutants and love triangle drama The Pretenders.
