Lissie

Born in November 21, 1982, Elisabeth Corrin Maurus or simply Lissie came from Rock Island, Illinois. Her genre revolves on country, folk, and rock. She was a granddaughter of a quartet champion, which exposed her to music and theatre. As a teenager, Lissie started playing the guitar and writing her own songs. She wasn’t too much of a school person which led her to ditch college and pursued her music interests.

Her music was featured on shows like House, and O.C. Veronica Mars. She released “Why You Runnin’” in 2009. She toured Europe, having his record debut entitled “Catching a Tiger.” By 2012, Lissie returned in the recording studio working with producer Garrett Lee. By October 2013, Lissie released the album “Back to Forever.”
