Noah Gundersen

Born on May 31, 1989, Noah Gundersen came from Olympia, Washington. He grew up on a religious and musical family. Gundersen learned the piano before he was a teenager. Then he also learned the guitar and started to track his own songs with his father’s recording equipment. By the age of 16, he started to gig on local café together with his sister Abby who is also a multi-instrumentalist.

The duo then performed under the name the Courage. Also, Gundersen formed a post-hardcore band called Beneath Oceans, but only lasted until 2008. His solo release “Brand New World” appeared in that same year together with the live album of the Courage entitled “Live at the Triple Door.”
