Primal Fear
Coming from Esslingen, Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany, Primal Fear was formed in 1997. They have been known for their fast metal music. Gamma Rey and Judas Priest became the influences for their debut EP in 1998. Their “Jaws of Death” received critical acclaim. Their album “Nuclear Fire” arrived in 2001, making way for their first US appearance.
In 2002, they returned to the studio to record and release “Black Sun” that same year. “Devil’s Ground” and “Seven Seals” released on 2004 and 2005 consecutively, expanded their fan base. They made tours in Europe and Japan. Their “New Religion” in 2007 featured vocals of Simone Simons, with arrangements of Matz Ulmer and Mat Sinner.
