Rami Malek
Rami Malek is an American actor born in Los Angeles, California on May 12, 1981. He is best known for his role on the television show Mr. Robot and for starring in the biopic film Bohemian Rhapsody. Malek studied theater at the University of Evansville in Evansville, Indiana. He made his debut on television in 2004 in the show Gilmore Girls and continued landing roles in the shows Over There, Medium, The War at Home, 24, The Pacific, Alcatraz, The Legend of Korra, Believe, Mr. Robot, and BoJack Horseman. In 2006 he made his film debut in the movie Night at the Museum and has since had roles in the films Night at the Museum: Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian, Larry Crowne, Battleship, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2, The Master, Ain’t Them Bodies Saints, Short Term 12, Oldboy, Need for Speed, Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb, Da Sweet Blood of Jesus, Buster’s Mal Heart, Papillon, Bohemian Rhapsody, Bond 25, and The Voyage of Doctor Dolittle. He has also voiced characters in the video games Halo 2, The Legend of Korra, and Until Dawn. Throughout his career he has been nominated for a number of awards and has won an Academy Award, a Primetime Emmy Award, a Golden Globe Award, a Screen Actors Guild Award and others.
