Robert Pattinson
Robert Pattinson was born on May 13, 1986 in London, England. Pattinson began his career with small local theater roles before earning a small part in Vanity Fair (2004). His career took off after his role in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, which brought him much attention as an up-and-coming star. He played a role in The Haunted Airman (2006), which was his first thriller role. Pattinson’s most famous role to date is that of Edward Cullen in the Twilight film franchise, which debuted in 2008. This role won him several awards at the People’s Choice Awards, MTV awards, Teen Choice Awards, Young Hollywood Awards, Scream Awards, and more. He starred as Salvador Dali in Little Ashes (2008). He executively produced the 2010 film Remember Me and earned praise for his role in Water for Elephants (2011). He also was critically acclaimed for his role in 2012’s Cosmopolis. The Twilight series wrapped in 2012, and from there Pattinson moved to smaller roles, such as 2014’s The Rover and Maps to the Stars.
