Robin Wright
Robin Wright, born Robin Gayle Wright on April the 8th 1966 in Texas and is an American actress and director. The actress’s first noteworthy role was in the soap opera Santa Barbara where she portrayed Kelly for four years, going on to move into a film career with her appearance in the film, The Princess Bride where she plays Buttercup alongside Cary Elwes, in the cult classic.
Going onto play her critically acclaimed role as Jenny opposite Tom Hanks in Forrest Gump, she has more recently become well known for her time in the television show, House of Cards where she portrays Claire Underwood and has received seven Emmy Award nominations for her role. Wright continued to gain acclaim for her role as General Antiope in the hit film Wonder Woman and went on to be featured in Blade Runner 2049 as Lieutenant Joshi.
