T Bone Burnett

On January 14, 1948, T Bone Burnett, whose real name is Joseph Henry Burnett, was born in St. Louis, Missouri, USA. His notable achievements in the field of music includes an Academy Award for the Original Song category of the Best Achievement in Music Written for Motion Pictures for the movie Crazy Heart in 2010. For the same song, he won a Golden Globe Award for the Best Original Song for a Motion Picture.

He received a nomination for the Best Music Original Song in 2004 for Cold Mountain. This song was also a winner in the 2004 BAFTA awards.

Aside from these achievements he was also the executive music producer for Cold Mountain, The Lady Killers, All The King’s Men, The Hunger Games, Nashville, Murder in the First, and Godless.
