The Used

Coming from Orem, Utah, The Used was formed in 2001. Their musical genre revolves in emo, post-hard core, punk rock. Members have a sentimental background in which all of them overcame poverty, substance abuse, and homelessness. As they persevered in their music, they were able to earn a contract with Reprise Records. Their self-titled album was launched in 2002.

Band members Bert McCracken, Quinn Allman, Jeph Howard, and Branden Steineckert started their nationwide tour getting a large fan base. They were then invited to perform alongside Linkin Park and Snoop Dogg. They released their second album in 2004 entitled “In Love and Death,” peaking to number six on Billboard’s Top 100.
