Tim Ferriss
Tim Ferris was born on July 20, 1977, in Southampton, New York. He is best known for writing the 4-Hour Workweek. He also ran a nutrition supplement company BodyQUICK and wrote The 4-Hour Body as well as The 4-Hour Chef.
The first book he published was an audiobook – How I Beat the Ivy League. He also went on to explore different jobs before he graduated from Princeton University. After starting his company, he also took up tango, and he holds the record for most tango spins in one minute in the Guinness World Records. In 2007, he worked on a new book documenting his approach in business in The 4-Hour Workweek: Escape 9-5 which became a big success. His follow-up The 4-Hour Body also made it to the best-seller list. He released another book, The 4-Hour Chef in 2012 and joined a food marathon to promote his book.
