Vinny Curry
Vinny Curry was born in Neptune, New Jersey on June 30, 1988. He was the second round, the 59th overall pick of the Philadelphia Eagles in the 2012 NFL Draft. He signed a four-year contract with the Eagles. During his rookie year with the Eagles, he only played in six games. He made a greater impact in 2014 where he played in all 16 games.
In 2016, the Eagles signed him to a five year, $47.25 million contract. The team decided to cut Curry in 2018 and he signed a three-year $27 million deal with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Curry is the defensive end of the Buccaneers.
Curry played college football for Marshall. He won the C-USA Defensive Player of the Year during his senior year. The last player to do so was Albert McClellan in 2006.
