Wes Anderson
Wes Anderson was born in Houston, Texas on May 1, 1969. He wrote Isle of Dogs which won the Best Animated Film and Best Original Screenplay. The International Online Cinema Awards awarded both.
He also won the Best Original Screenplay for The Grand Budapest Hotel from the BAFTA Awards in 2014. The film also earned him an Oscars nomination for Best Motion Picture of the Year, Best Achievement in directing, and Best Writing – Original Screenplay.
He received his first Oscar nomination in 2002 for The Royal Tenenbaums. The 2009 film Fantastic Mr. Fox won the Annecy International Animated Film Festival won the Feature and Best Feature. It also won the Writing in a Feature Production.
He worked on the screenplay for The Rosenthal Suite which is in post-production.
