Wilson Chandler
Wilson Chandler was born on May 10, 1987 in Benton Harbor, Michigan. Wilson has been playing basketball since elementary school. Wilson attended DePaul University from 2005 to 2007. While in high school, he made DePaul’s all-time list for blocked shots. After high school, he was drafted by the New York Knicks. During his 2011 season with the Knicks, he became one of the best shot-blocking wing players. In 2011, he transferred to the Denver Nuggets. During the 2011 NBA offseason, Wilson signed with the Chinese Basketball Association and played for the Zhejiang Guangsha Lions. After the Zhejiang Guangsha Lions lost to the Beijing Ducks, Wilson returned to the NBA and signed with Denver Nuggets. In 2012, Wilson signed a multi-year contract extension with the Nuggets.
