Woody Harrelson
Woody Harrelson was born on July 23, 1961 in Midland, Texas. He came to public notice after his work on the series Cheers as the dimwitted bartender Woody. He was nominated for five Emmys for his work on the show, winning once. He would later reprise the role on Frasier, earning another Emmy. He appeared as a guest star on Will & Grace in 2001. He starred in the 1993 film Indecent Proposal, later going on to star in Natural Born Killers, The Sunchaser, and Kingpin. He starred in The People vs. Larry Flynt, earning a Golden Globe and Academy Award nomination for his part. He starred in The Thin Red Line and Wag the Dog as well. He played in No Country for Old Men as a bounty hunter, earning a SAG award for Best Cast.
His role in The Messenger was nominated for a SAG, Golden Globe, Academy Award and Independent Spirit Award. He starred in Zombieland in 2009 and had a co-starring role in the Hunger Games series. He played the antagonist in War for the Planet of the Apes in 2015. He was cast in the Star Wars feature film Solo: A Star Wars Story.
